Logistics service #zalizna_dopomoha was created to organize the delivery of humanitarian goods from different parts of Ukraine and abroad.

As of March 9, 2022, 3,867,000 tons of humanitarian cargo have already been transported in passenger cars and besides 417 freight cars have been delivered.

Transportation of humanitarian goods is free.

How to do it?

Passenger cars are used to deliver humanitarian aid weighing up to 1 ton.You need to go to places that accept such goods. For all contacts - visit this link.

What is being transported?

Within this initiative, only medicines, food, clothes, children's goods, etc. are transported.

Attention! Weapons and military ammunition are not transported in Ukrzaliznytsia cars.

All humanitarian goods are delivered to the addresses of regional state administrations and VCA.

Then the aid is distributed among the region according to current needs.
