The Ministry of Digital Transformation is preparing new services for users of the action mobile application Diya.
Ukrainians will soon be able to apply for financial assistance from international organizations and governments without unnecessary bureaucratic procedures.
This was announced by the head of electronic services development of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mstislav Banik.
«We are currently working to make it possible to apply for financial assistance from international government organizations through Diya. Many different categories of our citizens will be able to do this— internally displaced persons, people who have gone abroad, families with children, people with disabilities and others», Banik said.
According to him, since a large number of international organizations are interested in providing assistance to the citizens of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance is trying to simplify access to it as much as possible.
In the near future, a new service will be developed that will allow users to do everything in a few clicks instead of «collecting a bunch of papers and copies for administrative service centers». Already now, through the application Diya you can get the status of IDPs to reimburse the cost of renting residential real estate.
