Briefly about where the money goes:
- The Ministry of Defense will use $31,789,546.37 in order to purchase 35,674 helmets and 30,492 body armor vests for Ukrainian defenders.
- The Ministry of Health will direct $207,657.62 to purchase 6 ventilators for emergency medical facilities in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Mykolaiv and Odesa oblasts.
- $ 250,340 is currently earmarked for the Ministry of Infrastructure and will be used to rebuild Ukraine. This amount is currently insufficient to repair damaged items. Therefore, the funds will continue to be collected.
UNITED24 is the world's first main window for collecting donations in support of this scale on behalf of the state. All funds are transferred to the accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine, and then distributed among the line ministries.
