How can Ukrainian refugees get a free ticket to the UK?

Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizz Air has announced in cooperation with non-profit organizations Choose Love, The Shapiro Foundation, The Steve Morgan Foundation and USP UK provides 10,000 free tickets for Ukrainian refugees, in particular to participate in the British government's "House for Ukraine" visa program.
Briefly about the possibilities
- It will be most convenient to fly to Great Britain from neighboring countries with Ukraine (Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia).
- In total, free Wizz Air tickets are available on a total of 61 routes.
- The flight period is from May 14 to June 15, 2022.
- The ticket includes one item of hand luggage and one item of checked baggage (up to 32 kg) for each passenger.
Conditions for obtaining a free plane ticket
Everything is very simple. Ukrainian refugees can book a ticket at wizzair.com/#/rescue. To be eligible for free tickets, passengers must enter their Ukrainian passport number (a passport used to travel abroad) at the time of booking. And during check-in, traditionally show this document and visa / travel documents.
Visa and restrictions
But keep in mind that Ukrainian citizens need a visa to enter the UK.Therefore, the British government has planned a simplified visa procedure for individual citizens of Ukraine.
