More than 4 million Ukrainians, fleeing Russian aggression, were forced to go abroad, including to the Baltic states. Since the beginning of the war, Estonia has provided significant assistance to Ukrainians and offers support in finding housing, employment, and opportunities for Ukrainian students to continue their education.
Educational opportunities for Ukrainian students in Estonia
Thousands of Ukrainians who were forced to go abroad because of the war are students and entrants. Estonian universities are already waiting for our students and offer their services.

Acceptance of documents for the 2022/2023 academic year only for citizens of Ukraine has been extended until May 1, 2022.
Prerequisites for admission to the master's degree are a bachelor's degree, higher education obtained in a professional higher education program, or other relevant qualification that gives access to a master's degree.
Certificates of education issued abroad are recognized by the Estonian Academy of Arts on the basis of assessments by the Estonian ENIC / NARIC Center.
Citizens of Ukraine can submit an application before May 1, 2022 and do not have to pay the registration fee.If you have any questions regarding the validation of educational documents, please contact the Estonian ENIC-NARIC Center, which will help with the evaluation of educational documents.
