Ukrainians who have suffered from Russian aggression can receive compensation of 5,000 to 30,000 euros
To do this, you must apply to the European Court of Human Rights within four months of being affected by Russian aggression, but no later than 16 January 2023.
How to apply?
Fill out the form on the website.
Download the document to your computer, print it out, put it in an envelope and paste the ECtHR address on it (it will be generated automatically when you fill out the application on the website).
Send the application in one of the branches of Ukrposhta (the service is free for the sender).
You can also fill out an application for a relative if he/she cannot apply on their own.
The term for consideration of the application may be from one year.
